Happy Halloween

It's decided. I'm blasting this song all evening as I open the door for the little neighborhood trick or treaters. They're getting David Cassidy and chocolate. Pretty good deal, if you ask me.

Now, I'll just need one person to ask me "who's singing that cool song?" so that I can reply "why, that's David Cassidy" and my evening will be made.

I wonder how Davy greets trick or treaters? Guess they wouldn't get to the door! I love this tune. I'm so sad, I like to replay the beginning to hear his laugh over and over. Gotta love it! Was this quite a recent recording? His voice sounds quite mature. I don't know much about it. Halloween isn't until 31 October here. You start early over in the States?
I think I'd love to see David play a vampire (a very sexy and camp one)!

Ah, should have been clearer about that British Fan: we celebrate Halloween October 31st here as well. But I've got prepare! :)

The song is from a 1996 compilation album called Andrew Gold's Halloween Howls. More info here: http://www.amazon.com/Halloween-Howls-Andrew-Gold/dp/B0000033VI
