That is an excellent seat and would afford a very good view. Close enough for a handshake if you're so inclined. $75 is steep, not sure what that is in English pounds but it must be around the £45 - £50 mark. Those are top West End ticket prices. For smaller venues, David's tickets are quite expensive, he must make good money if they're at least 3/4 full.
That aside, I'd buy it if I lived near enough!
